We use state-of-the-art technology and processes to naturally balance components so that we can meet your individual specifications. As both the grower and distributor, we are able to control the quality of every drop of essential oil that we have to offer. To place an order or make inquiries head over to our Contact page.
Historically dill weed (anethum graveolens) oil “quality” has been measured by the carvone level. While it’s true that carvone is a major component, other naturally occurring components in the oil also contribute to the overall profile. Carvone concentration can be adjusted by adding diluents such as limonene. However, these fillers often come from non-natural sources and when added to essential oils undesirable odors and flavors can occur. We NEVER do this. The natural characteristics of our oil remain balanced and uncompromised.
Field distilled oil comes directly from the distillery (no mixing). We use Gas Chromatography (GC) to analyze the unique component profile of each 55 gallon drum. GC report available upon request.
Traditional “Redistill” (RD) oil has an undesirable dark yellow color and a terrible off odor. Using proprietary technology in our distilleries, we are able to produce a far superior RD oil that has the color and odor of regular dill oil. Our process also uses less energy, so it’s better for the environment and better for your product.

Basic dill emulsion • Classic flavors • Custom blends
If you’re looking to save time and effort but still want to control and protect your proprietary flavors, select our basic dill emulsion – just dill and an emulsifier to get you started – then add your own spices as needed. If finished emulsions are your preference, you can order any of our classic flavors as is (listed below), or adjust their formulas to suit your needs. If you have something more unique in mind order a custom blend to create a unique flavor profile.
This is the perfect starting point for your emulsion; our dill oil is the only flavor ingredient here. You can use it as is or add your own proprietary ingredients later.

With nutrient-rich soil and abundant sunshine, our farms provide an ideal growing environment that is similar to the lavender growing regions of the Mediterranean where many fragrance oils, like lavandin grosso (lavandula x intermedia), are typically produced. Grown right here in North America, our crop is disease-free and our focus on sustainable agriculture allows us to produce an essential oil that doesn't compromise the environment or public health. We offer Organic and Conventional. Please feel free to contact us, we're happy to help!
Our farms are located at a similar latitude to the regions in France that are known for growing lavandin grosso. As a result, we have a similar climate and an environment that lavandin grosso thrives in: warm summers, cold winters, well-drained soil, low humidity and abundant sunshine.
Our advanced harvesting, distillation and blending processes allow us to naturally balance significant components known to affect the quality and fragrance of lavandin oil, including camphor, linalool and linalyl acetate. We are a trusted domestic source for exceptional, high-grade lavandin oil.
The main components of citrata oil are linalool and linalyl acetate (zero camphor). Used either by itself or mixed with other lavenders and fragrance oils, mentha citrata has a unique profile that has a wide array of applications in the food, pharmaceutical, perfume and cosmetic industries.

Think of fresh Cilantro…that’s exactly how this essential oil smells and tastes – delicious! The essential oil is very strong, so a small amount goes a long way delivering an accurate fresh cilantro taste, making it very economical. It is also available mixed with emulsifier for ease of use and more forgiving in a production plant/factory setting.
